On April 12, 2018, during the Annual Meeting of the ABA Forum on Construction Law in New Orleans, Keith Bergeron was elected to serve on its Governing Committee for a three year term starting in August 2018.  Keith follows a long line of Deutsch Kerrigan construction attorneys including Ralph Kaskell, Jr., Marian Meyer Berkett and Charles Seemann, Jr., who have volunteered to serve the construction industry in leadership roles of that organization,  The ABA Forum on Construction Law focuses on the education and professional development of construction lawyers.
