F. Douglas “Doug” Ortego is a partner in the Civil Litigation section of the firm’s Lafayette, Louisiana office. Doug’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, with experience in transportation claims. He also has extensive experience with admiralty matters including litigation involving personal injury claims, offshore construction matters, and vessel collisions/allisions brought by Jones Act seamen, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation (LHWCA) and other offshore workers.
