Deutsch Kerrigan is proud to announce Terrence L. Brennan as its new Managing Partner.  Mr. Brennan joined the New Orleans based firm in 1980 and is head of the firm’s Construction Department.

As head of the firm’s Construction Department, Mr. Brennan represents clients in the areas of construction and construction surety law providing solutions to claims in contract review and development and the defense of design professionals.  He has authored and co-authored many publications, spoken at construction seminars, and assisted in the teaching of a course in legal aspects of professional practice at Tulane University and Loyola University.

Mr. Brennan holds a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of AV Preeminent and received the 2013 CityBusiness Leadership in Law Award.  He has been named to the Louisiana Super Lawyers list and Best Lawyers list for the past 9 years, the New Orleans Magazine Top Lawyers List since 2012, and Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" list since 2014.

Deutsch Kerrigan would also like to thank Richard B. Montgomery III for his service as Managing Partner.  Mr. Montgomery held the position for 16 years leading the firm through many successful initiatives.
