R. Douglas Vaughn, a partner in the Gulfport office, will serve as a panelist during the 2019 CLM Annual Conference on March 14, 2019 in Orlando. He will be joined by other industry representatives to address the opioid crisis and its impact on the practicing physician. The panel will outline what physicians can do to protect their practice from the non-obvious drug seeking patient, how to deal with that issue, and how to protect them from being sued.
