The Loyola University New Orleans College of Law has elected to recognize Evan J. Bergeron for his work with their First Amendment Moot Court team.  At the start of the semester, Loyola decided to create a new title for practitioners like Mr. Bergeron.  Evan is being recognized as the school's first Adjunct Professor of Advocacy for the Moot Court program due to his continued time and financial support.

About Evan Bergeron

EvanJ. Bergeron is a partner in the firm's civil litigation department who litigates and advises insurance and corporate clients in general casualty litigation, insurance coverage, insurance fraud investigations, personal injury, and premises liability claims. Aside from his insurance litigation practice, he also maintains professional interests in product defects, warranties and redhibition, the Louisiana Lemon Law, the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act, First Amendment and language rights.
