Melissa Lessell spoke on Friday, February 5th in San Diego at the ABA Mid-Year Meeting as part of a CLE event for the Young Lawyer's Division.

She discussed the practice of law and how for most attorneys in the U.S. today it is truly multijurisdictional, with legal services and their impacts in multiple states - including physical or virtual presence in states in which the lawyer is not admitted to practice. Her session explored current and anticipated developments in multijurisdictional practice.
