Raymond C. Lewis, a partner in the New Orleans office of the firm’s civil litigation team, recently guest authored an article titled "Is Your Website Disability Friendly" in the BIZ New Orleans June 2018 issue. In the article, Mr. Lewis weighs in on rise of website accessibility lawsuits in federal and state courts. Mr. Lewis said, “While the ADA was traditionally intended to cover physical buildings, locations, and spaces for these public accommodations, its general accessibility mandate now extends to websites."
