Deutsch Kerrigan has come together with several other local law firms to develop the New Orleans Legal Diversity Collaborative (NOLDC). Deutsch Kerrigan attorneys Denia Aiyegbusi and Melissa Lessell have collaborated with other female law firm leaders to assist in the improvement of recruiting, retention, inclusion, equity, and minority advancement within the New Orleans legal community.
