Barbara Ormsby, a partner in Deutsch Kerrigan's Toxic Tort Department, has been appointed as Vice-Chair for the ABA Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee for 2017-2018.

This leadership appointment is in recognition of her commitment to the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS).  Barbara was selected by her peers for her knowledge and reputation among the 24,000 TIPS members. Her term will begin on August 4th.

This marks the third time Barbara has served on this committee.  She has more than 12 years experience handling asbestos, silica, benzene and other chemical exposure cases.
