Insurance defense lawyers Jerry Glas and Ray Lewis co-authored a chapter in the recently released 206-page ABA witness preparation bookFrom the Trenches II: Mastering the Art of Preparing Witnesses. Mr. Glas & Mr. Lewis contributed the chapter entitled "Dancing with Antaeus: Twelve Unusual Questions To Ask Your Expert,” in which they share their unorthodox approach to direct examination of expert witnesses. If you agree that jurors ignore obviously rehearsed exchanges with handpicked experts, you may be ready to stop dancing and start wrestling with your expert. Mr. Glas & Mr. Lewis will show you how.
This is the second in a series of books published by the ABA under the title From the Trenches.
