Her love of triaging complex cases, whether defending cancer claims related to alleged asbestos exposure in the workplace or "take-home" exposure claims, keeps Jennifer working hard to meet her clients’ needs. Jennifer is the chair of the Toxic Tort and Environmental Department at Deutsch Kerrigan and has successfully litigated and secured favorable outcomes in thousands of occupational exposure claims in state and federal courts.

Jennifer is a frequent speaker at national conferences, including the Defense Research Institute and the American Conference Institute’s National Advanced Forum, on asbestos claims and litigation. She leads discussions and panels covering the latest trends in products liability, workplace exposures, and talcum powder issues.

She is a native New Orleanian who loves photography, spending time with her family, and being at the beach.
