Kevin Chance Carter is an associate in the Civil Litigation department of Deutsch Kerrigan’s New Orleans office. Chance represents clients in a wide range of matters, including insurance defense, personal injury defense, and premises liability. With his background in litigation, Chance handles cases from the initial pleadings through discovery, trial, and settlement.
Before joining Deutsch Kerrigan, Chance served as a Litigation Consultant for a national third-party administrator. In this role, he provided invaluable assistance to clients with litigation strategy, settlement posturing recommendations, and settlement negotiations. Additionally, he advised state governmental agencies on strategies to minimize risk exposure.
