As co-head of the Professional Liability department, Ms. Marshall concentrates on defending legal malpractice claims, representing lawyers insured by the endorsed insurer for the Louisiana State Bar and lawyers covered by other insurers.  She represents other professionals including insurance agents and brokers, real estate brokers, accountants, and nurses, nursing homes and home health care facilities.  She recently expanded her practice to include toxic tort, personal injury and product liability claims, as well as insurance defense matters.

Her experience includes representing the manufacturers of three- and four-wheelers, motorcycles, personal watercraft, light truck wheels, airless spray guns, pesticides, guniting equipment and golf course trenching equipment, as well as representing various trucking and rental car companies.

Ms. Marshall is a regular presenter at professional seminars both locally and nationally.
