Casey Wendling is in the Civil Litigation department in the firm’s New Orleans office. Casey has a diverse practice area defending clients in general negligence actions as well as commercial transportation, products liability, premises liability, and labor and employment cases. With Jerry Glas and Denia Aiyegbusi, Casey also serves as “rescue trial counsel” for cases rapidly preparing for trial. When advocating for her clients, she uses her time efficiently and prides herself on a persuasive and high-quality work product.
Casey was born and raised in New Orleans. Before returning to Louisiana for law school, Casey earned her bachelor’s degree at Villanova University. As a law student, Casey served as the Production Editor for Volume 89 of the Louisiana Law Review. Casey was also nominated for membership in the Wex S. Malone American Inn of Court after her oral argument at the LSU Law Center's annual Trial Advocacy Program.
Casey is married to her high school sweetheart and together, they have a beautiful baby boy.
