Mr. Mount has been successful in obtaining dismissal of numerous claims via  motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss pertaining to 1^st party insurance coverage claims within the context of construction, property (residential and commercial), oil and marine, auto and UM claims. 

Mr. Mount successfully litigated to a favorable conclusion for multiple clients in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas in several hundred 1^st party insurance cases pertaining to Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Ike and Isaac.
