Ms. Aiyegbusi represented a fraternity in a case involving two Plaintiffs who were allegedly injured during a step show held on Southern University’s campus.  Ms. Aiyegbusi filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of the client, which was granted by the Court, agreeing with Ms. Aiyegbusi’s argument that the client has no connection with the step show in question and that all claims related to the client’s previously sponsored step show has prescribed prior to Plaintiffs’ suit being filed.  19^th JDC, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana.
