Ms. Aiyegbusi successfully represented a property management company in a personal injury action involving Plaintiff’s trip and fall while performing a property walk-through.  Plaintiff’s claims were dismissed on summary judgment as prescribed and were held not to relate back to Plaintiff’s original suit which was filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act.  United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
