Premises Liability - Ross v. Copeland's

In 2011, Mr. Glas defended a restaurant chain in the premises liability action entitle Ross v. Copeland's, No. 526,060, Section C, 1st JDC, Caddo Parish, LA. During the judge trial, Mr. Glas successfully defended the restaurant against the claim that a step inside the restaurant was unreasonably dangerous. Judge Emanuel found the restaurant was not liable.
