Mr. Goff defended TASER International in a wrongful death case in Alabama. The Plaintiff was the mother of a man who died after being apprehended by law enforcement offices. An officer had used a TASER device to subdue the man during the arrest. The United States District Court granted summary judgment for the Defendant.
