In 2015, Mr. Glas served as lead trial counsel for TASER International, Inc. ("TASER") in the wrongful death action entitled Ricks v. City of Alexandria, et al, No. 12-CV-0439, USDC, Western District, LA (Alexandria). During the jury trial, Mr. Glas successfully defended TASER against a manufacturing defect claim brought under the Louisiana Product Liability Act. After Mr. Glas' cross-examination of plaintiff's expert in cardiac electrophysiology, Chief Judge Dee Drell granted TASER's motion for directed verdict.
