The plaintiff filed a Petition for injuries he allegedly sustained while he was visiting a property that was for sale in Metairie, Louisiana.  The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana granted my client's Motion for Summary Judgment finding that the plaintiff's claims against it were statutorily time barred.
