Mr. Le Clercq represented a client against claims of RICO violations when a plaintiff alleged he was defrauded by Mr. Le Clercq’s client and others. The claim was dismissed on motion to dismiss by Judge Fallon because the plaintiff failed to state a claim under civil RICO rules.
