Mr. Mount was successful in obtaining a full dismissal via Motion to Dismiss for his client in the context of an adversarial proceeding in Bankruptcy Court in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana involving sale of real estate and in timber in excess of $15 million.  His client was retained by the bankruptcy trustee and there were allegations of negligence, gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice.
