In 2010, Mr. Glas served as lead trial counsel for a national insurance company in the personal injury action entitled Grisoli v. Bradley, et al, No. 03-17025, Division M. Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans, LA. During the (damages only) jury trial, Mr. Glas successfully defended the excess insurer against claims the car accident caused severe brain damage and a cervical spine injury. Mr. Glas cross-examined the plaintiff, who voluntarily dismissed her claims on the fifth day of trial, requiring only that the excess insurer waive costs.
